During an intake meeting at our office in Amsterdam, we discuss not just square footage, number of bedrooms, outdoor space and budget, but especially your lifestyle: do you work from home, do you want to stay in the city or somewhere quieter, are you planning to expand your family. Based on this, we put together a search profile that fits both the home and the neighbourhood, from Amsterdam to Haarlem and surrounding areas.
Listings:
Targeted home selection and viewings
Based on your search profile, we actively look for suitable homes, including through our network and off-market listings. If a home meets your criteria, we schedule a viewing together and give you direct advice on its condition and a realistic price estimate.
Negotiation:
Strategy and legal clarity
Once you've found a home, we first map out all legal matters and specific details. Based on this, we determine the property's real value using comparable references and current market data, and together we develop a negotiation strategy and formulate an offer with the right conditions, so you enter the deal from a strong position.
Deal:
From accepted offer to key handover
Once the offer has been accepted, we make sure the following is arranged:
› Confirming the agreed terms with all parties
› Scheduling a structural survey or valuation if needed
› Reviewing the purchase agreement
› Monitoring important deadlines
› Reviewing the deed of transfer
› Guiding the final inspection
› The actual key handover on the day of transfer at the notary.
